what are your studio hours?

currently our hours are 6am - 11 am & 6pm - 12 am, monday to thursday, and from 6am - 12am, friday to sunday. hours are flexible upon special request. email us directly support@modstudiosma.com for flexibility on hours. please note that there may be occasional changes in available times due to internal usage of the space, which may occur a couple of times a year..*

where are you located?

we are located at 15 union st, lawrence ma 01840, suite 606.

is there parking available?

yes, free parking is available behind the building. the entrance to the studio is entrance c. parking info will be sent out with booking confirmation.

do you offer tours of the studio?

yes, we offer tours by appointment. please contact us via email support@modstudiosma.com to schedule a tour.

how do i book the studio?

you can book the studio online via our website, under the "book" tab.

what is your cancellation policy?

for studio rentals we allow cancellations for your bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. however, a 2.9% processing fee will be applied. cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. cancellations for event rentals can be made up to 5 days prior to the scheduled time, with a retention of 25% of the total rental fee. cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable.

what forms of payment do you accept?

we accept all major credit cards through square and paypal. if you require a payment method that isn't listed here contact us directly via email support@modstudiosma.com

is a deposit required to book the studio?

studio bookings must be paid in full to secure your rental.

what equipment is included in my rental?

our rental includes access to basic lighting equipment. you can find a full list of included equipment available on our website under the "studio" tab.

do you offer additional equipment for rent?

yes, we have a small variety of gear available for rent at an additional cost. our equipment list will be updated periodically as we invest in new gear.

is there wi-fi available in the studio?

yes, we provide free high-speed wi-fi for all our clients. wifi password will be provided with your studio booking confirmation email.

is the studio soundproof?

unfortunately our studio space is not sound proof. sound may bleed from our neighboring spaces aswell as noise from outside.

what props are accessible during my rental?

our rental includes access to a few props. you can find a full list of included props available on our website under the "studio" tab.

what amenities are does your studio offer?

our studio offers a variety of amenities, including a cyc wall, large windows with excellent natural lighting, a changing room, clothing racks, blackout curtains, wi-fi, chairs, and more. if you have any inquiries about additional amenities not listed here, please feel free to email us at support@modstudiosma.com

can i bring my own equipment?

absolutely! you are welcome to bring your own gear. please inform us in advance if you have any special requirements.

are food and drinks allowed in the studio?

yes, but we ask that you be mindful of keeping the studio clean. food and drinks are not allowed near the equipment.

how many people can the studio accommodate?

our studio can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people. if you have a larger group, please let us know in advance.

do you offer photography or videography services?

currently we only offer a limited amount of photography services, reference the "book" tab of our website for more information on all of our available services.

is there an assistant available to help with my shoot?

unfortunately this is not a service we currently offer, but if there is a demand for this we may introduce this at a later date.

do you have dressing rooms or makeup areas?

yes, we have a fully equipped dressing room and a small vanity for your convenience.
