studio bookings must be paid in full to secure your rental.
we accept all major credit cards through square and paypal. if you require a payment method that isn't listed here contact us directly via email connect@modstudiosma.com
for production rentals we allow cancellations for your bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. however, a 2.9% processing fee will be applied. cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. cancellations for event rentals can be made up to 5 days prior to the scheduled time, with a retention of 25% of the total rental fee. cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable.
yes, free parking is available behind the building. parking info will be sent out with booking confirmation.
our rental includes access to basic lighting equipment. you can find a full list of included equipment available on our website under the "studio" tab.
yes, we offer tours by appointment. please contact us via email connect@modstudiosma.com to schedule a tour.
yes, we have a small variety of gear available for rent at an additional cost. you will see the add-ons available when scheduling your booking. our equipment list will be updated periodically as we invest in new gear.

unfortunately our studio space is not sound proof. sound may bleed from our neighboring spaces aswell as noise from outside.

absolutely! you are welcome to bring your own gear. please inform us in advance if you have any special requirements.
yes, but we ask that you be mindful of keeping the studio clean. however food and drinks are not allowed near the equipment. clients are liable for any damage.
our studio can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people for production rentals. if you have a larger group, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate.
yes, we have a fully equipped dressing room and a small vanity for your convenience
